At Koruntyx S.A.S. we respect your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with Argentine Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and the rulings of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Data controller
Koruntyx S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71789456-3, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, 8th Floor, C1043AAZ, Buenos Aires City, is the entity responsible for processing personal data collected through koruntyx.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to our newsletter: name and email. We also log technical browsing information (IP address, device type and pages visited) for statistical purposes.
3. Purpose
We use your data to send you the educational newsletter, communications related to informational materials and, occasionally, quality surveys. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent, in accordance with article 5 of Law 25,326. You may revoke it at any time by writing to contacto@koruntyx.com.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your subscription remains active. If you unsubscribe, we delete it within 30 days unless legal retention obligations apply.
6. Rights of the data subject
As a data subject you have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your data. You may exercise these rights by sending a request to contacto@koruntyx.com along with a copy of your identification document. The supervisory authority is the AAIP: www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: TLS 1.3 encryption, role-based access control and annual audits. Data is hosted on servers in the European Union and Argentina, both with adequate levels of protection.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy to reflect legal or technical improvements. Changes will be published on this same page with the date of the update.
